"We Will Run The Race"
Empowering students and faculty to become ambassadors of God's image, serving as agents of transformation in their communities, cities, and nations.
Alpha and Omega School aims to reveal God's true character to students. Our mission is to provide quality English education to all children, regardless of race or social status. We strive to be a school for one and all.
We are committed to the holistic development of each learner in a safe and caring environment while engaging in the social responsibility of teaching students to reach out and touch their community.
To develop learners as ambassadors of God's image and name into responsible individuals who will fulfill their purpose in God's Kingdom in every aspect of their lives.
We envision our students serving as agents of transformation within their communities, cities, and nations, equipped with the knowledge, skills, and character to make a meaningful impact in the world.
Alpha and Omega School operates around five core values that form the foundation of everything we do. These values guide our teaching, learning, and community interactions.
Fostering harmony and understanding
Pursuing the highest standards
Taking responsibility for our actions
Honouring others and ourselves
Showing compassion and care
Over two decades of faithful service in Christian education
Founded by Premie Naidoo, who responded to the need for quality, English, Christian education in the eMkhondo area (formerly Piet Retief) by opening a small preschool out of her garage.
After seven years as a preschool, Alpha and Omega expanded into a full primary school, providing quality education from Grade R through Grade 7.
Continuing our growth, we now offer education from Grade RRR through Grade 9, with plans to expand to Grade 12 as part of our AgriTech Business High School vision.
Our vision includes establishing an English-medium agricultural high school in Mpumalanga, equipping students with practical farming and business skills for the future.
Alpha and Omega School is a registered non-profit organisation, fully accredited and committed to educational excellence
Our accreditations ensure that we meet the highest standards of educational quality, safety, and Christian values. We are committed to continuous improvement and excellence in all aspects of school life.
Hear from our educators and students about their experiences at Alpha and Omega
"As I stepped into the office, I was immediately struck by the vibrant atmosphere that filled the room... I knew right then that this was going to be an exciting journey. The organization's dedication to the children's commitment to learning and creativity has been truly inspiring. Their curious minds are always lively and engaging, with everyone encouraged to share their ideas and opinions on how they view the world."
"My time at Alpha and Omega School was a transformative experience that profoundly impacted my life. Every morning when I came to school, I felt embraced by teachers and staff who cared not just about my education, but also about my personal growth. The school environment encouraged me to explore my passions and develop a deeper understanding of my values and purpose. Through it all, I gained a deeper understanding of my values and purpose."
Building a Kingdom through Agricultural Excellence and Spiritual Growth
We plan to expand our high school to include Grade 12 with a focus on agricultural education. There are currently no English-medium agricultural high schools in Mpumalanga. We aim to equip students with practical farming and business skills, preparing them to be skilled farmers, entrepreneurs, and leaders.
We have secured a 28.4-hectare (70.1-acre) primary site and a 112.5-hectare (278-acre) secondary site for our new campus. This development will include modern classrooms, agricultural facilities, sports fields, student and staff housing, and a chapel.
Our agricultural program will offer key subjects including Agricultural Sciences, Agricultural Technology, and Agricultural Management Practices. Students will gain hands-on experience in farming, addressing local issues like unemployment and food security.
Our vision is to foster a love for agriculture and help address local challenges. We aim to develop competent farmers, entrepreneurs, and godly individuals who are mature in Christ, equipped to serve their communities and transform their nation.
We invite you to partner with us in this transformative vision. Your support will help us continue evangelization through education and equip the next generation of Christian leaders.
